STARTER
- Have adequate level of SETSUGU skills and basic business skills to satisfy minimum requirements as a staff of Japanese organization.

PLAYER
- Have sufficient level of SETSUGU skills and basic business skills to accomplish the assigned task.

LEADER
- Have advanced level of SETSUGU skills and basic business skills to create effective communication with anyone regardless of nationality and become a great team player in various fields.

PROFESSIONAL
LEADER - Have excellent Japanese language proficiency and may contribute to the company by developing the skilled staff from a global perspective.
